Getting to Grayton Beach
FLY INTO NORTHWEST FLORIDA BEACHES INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT (ECP)
Fly into ECP. From there, Uber, Lyft, or a private car service can take you directly to Grayton Beach.
FLY INTO DESTIN-FORT WALTON BEACH AIRPORT (VPS)
VPS is another option for getting to Grayton Beach, and flights may sometimes be cheaper than flying into ECP. VPS is about a 45–60 minute drive to Grayton Beach. Plan to allow extra time for beach traffic.
DRIVING TO GRAYTON BEACH
For family traveling from nearby states, driving may also be a convenient option. Grayton Beach is easily accessible by car.
Getting Around
UBER OR LYFT
You can book an Uber or Lyft from either ECP (Northwest Florida Beaches International Airport) or VPS (Destin–Fort Walton Beach Airport) to Grayton Beach and surrounding areas. The drive from ECP is about 45 minutes, while VPS is about 45–60 minutes, depending on traffic and time of day.

We recommend booking an Airbnb, VRBO or 360 Blue in Grayton Beach proper so you can easily walk to all of the weekend events. Please note that many home rentals in the area may have a three-night minimum.

Both condo communities are located in nearby Blue Mountain Beach, about 10 minutes from Grayton Beach, offering beach access and resort-style amenities.
WATERCOLOR or SEASIDE or SEAGROVE BEACH (10–15 away)
HOTEL
For guests who prefer a hotel stay, there are several stunning properties along 30A, including WaterColor Inn, The Court in Seaside, and The Lodge 30A in Seagrove Beach—all just a short 10–15 minute drive from Grayton Beach.

A Little Note About Timing 🤍
Our wedding will be on a Sunday! We chose this day so we could reserve a nearby venue as a rain backup for our beach wedding — just in case Mother Nature has other plans.
We recommend traveling in on Friday or Saturday and departing on Monday morning so you can enjoy a full weekend of casual fun — beach days, sunset drinks, and nights at Chiringo and Red Bar.
While we absolutely adore your little ones, our wedding celebration on Sunday evening will be respectfully adults only.
